Give your students 9 everyday money idioms (go Dutch, make ends meet, throw money down the drain, build a nest egg) and plenty of chances to use them. They match, identify idioms from photos, and practise stress with a clapping activity. Then they take a 15-question "What Are Your Money Habits?" quiz and debate "would you rather" dilemmas. Finally, they guess what happened in photo stories and complete them with the idioms. A quiz results page and answer key are included. It is easy to split into two shorter lessons.
